Code 3 Sertoma will serve in fundraising and volunteerism to support our local public safety personnel of Greene Co, Mo in whatever way we can.  We hope to do this in a fun way that promotes friendships and inter-club relations.

Sertoma is an international civic organization established in Kansas City, Mo, on April 11, 1912.  The name Sertoma is an acronym of the words SERvice TO Mankind.  Code 3 was chartered on October 14, 2011 with 26 members.

The club meets each Monday at 5:30 at the Greene County Public Safety Center located at 330 W Scott (across from the Greene County Courthouse). Meetings last one hour.  We have no compulsory attendance requirements, but socializing with other members and guests at these meetings are a pleasure you don’t want to miss !

Our membership will participate in carrying out fundraising activities by investing their time for the betterment of our community.  On average, our members invest 5 to 10 hours per month in club fundraising activities.  proceeds from our fundraisers will stay in our community and benefit our community.

Currently our major fundraiser is a golf tournament at Millwood Golf and Racquet Club in June, with the proceeds being given to the Greene Co 100 Club.  We also have Dinner With Jack in November, and a Trivia Event in March and October.
